Theimagefile was founded in 2002 and is based in Chertsey, Surrey in the UK and Bellevue, Washington in the USA.

Theimagefile has now evolved into the most comprehensive and easy-to-use system in Europe for the photographer to get their images selling online and their websites generating new bookings and making life simpler. Our customers often describe us as a “business in a box” or “a complete web strategy for photographers”.

Theimagefile is currently hosting over 15 million print resolution images on behalf of our 2000 customers (and we make 7 thumbnails for each of those!)

We have a 24 hour, 7 day a week support line based in the UK and an old fashioned attitude to customer service. Our customer contract is on a month by month basis, no contractual term, so the only reason we have 2000 customers this month is because we did a good job for them last month.
